About the Role

Epic Special Education Staffing is partnering with an exceptional school district in Freeport, IL, looking for a contract School Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an on-site, part-time position serving elementary school and kindergarten grade levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based speech language pathology services to elementary school and kindergarten students
• Deliver high-quality special education support within the school setting

Schedule & Duration

• Start: ASAP
• End: 06/11/2027
• Schedule: Part Time
• Hours per week: 16.00

Pay

• Weekly pay range: $49.43 – $56.57 per hour on a local contract
• $2,000 Completion Bonus for eligible clinicians and educators who commit to and complete their full school year assignment (30+ hours/week)

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as a School Speech Language Pathologist within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid School Speech Language Pathologist credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire
