Speech Language Pathologist - RIO

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and plans personalized treatment programs with measurable goals.
• Incorporates assessment tools and collaborates with interdisciplinary team.
• Develops and implements treatment plans aligned with patient needs.
• Updates treatment plans based on new problems or changes in patient status.
• Ensures treatment progression aligns with goals and actively involves patients and caregivers.
• Provides education and home exercise programs to promote functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current applicable state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from American Speech and Hearing Association.
• BLS for Providers certification from the American Heart Association.

Skill Requirements

• Knowledge of medical and neurological terminology and behavioral management techniques.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Competency in treating patients of various ages and abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills for program development.
• Computer skills for documentation and patient education.

Pay

Pay Range: USD $48.69 - USD $69.65 /Hr.
