Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments, document patient progress, and bill for services.
• Develop and execute treatment plans aligned with funding and regulatory requirements.
• Educate patients and families about post-discharge care and safety.
• Serve as a mentor for interns and demonstrate competency through training and skills assessments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Communication Disorders.
• Licenses and certifications including BLS-I and Speech Language Pathologist certification.
