Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Reassess progress
• Manage discharge planning
• Document patient care accurately
• Explain findings to patients and families
• Collaborate with healthcare teams
• Demonstrate proficiency in treatment protocols
• Adjust plans as needed
• Ensure timely follow-up care

• Provide exceptional patient access

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Completion of clinical fellowship year (CFY)
• Licensure in Maryland, DC, or Virginia, and ASHA's Certificate of Clinical Competence
• Strong assessment, treatment, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
