Speech Language Pathologist - PRN

Aegis Therapies, one of the nation’s leading providers of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to join our supportive team at Allora at University Grove in Sarasota, FL. This outpatient role offers a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends or evenings, providing excellent work-life balance and flexibility.

About the role

You’ll treat residents in their room or in an on-site outpatient clinic, eliminating the need to travel to homes outside the building. This position allows you to work independently, create your own schedule, and help market the clinic while making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to outpatient residents in an active adult community setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver the best patient care.
• Create and manage your own schedule while working independently.
• Assist in marketing the clinic and growing the patient base.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Florida.
• Previous experience in outpatient settings is preferred but not required (new graduates are welcomed).
