About the Role
Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, treat, and develop care plans for patients with speech, language, cognition, and swallowing needs, adhering to ASHA standards and organizational policies.
Responsibilities
- Providing therapy evaluations, creating individualized treatment plans, implementing evidence-based interventions, and managing discharge processes for a full caseload.
- Handling documentation, billing, scheduling, and administrative duties.
- Communicating professionally, supervising support staff, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize clinical and financial outcomes.
- Coordinating with healthcare providers and ensuring policy compliance.
- Serving as a clinical instructor and participating in professional committees.
- Delivering high-quality outpatient pediatric care, including assessments for feeding and AAC devices, and supporting schools, daycare centers, and residential facilities.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited program.
- Current licensure or registration to practice in the state.

Pay
Compensation ranges from $72,716.80 to $109,075.20.
