About the role

In this full-time role, you will evaluate and treat the pediatric population (0–18 years) in both inpatient and outpatient settings at our facility located inside Easter Seals. With seven SLPs on staff, we welcome Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive outpatient environment focused on clinical excellence, mentorship, and long-term professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to improve communication, cognitive function, and swallowing for pediatric patients.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments using subjective evaluations and objective tests to determine patient needs and treatment goals.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes to ensure optimal rehabilitation results.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients and families, and consult with physicians to support effective treatment and care coordination.

Requirements

  • Current Georgia license as a Speech Language Pathologist or ability to obtain one.
  • Recent graduates and experienced Speech Language Pathologists are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be familiar with treating pediatric patients with speech, language, and feeding/swallowing concerns.

Pay

$70,000–$80,000 annually, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
