About the role
RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat a variety of pediatric patients with diagnoses ranging from developmental delay, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, autism spectrum disorders, sensory processing, feeding disorders, speech and language delays, childhood apraxia of speech, articulation, and phonological disorders.
- Provide an individualized 1:1 treatment approach to pediatric therapy and value family centered care.
- Clinical Advancement Program for recognition and growth.
- Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services.
- Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and programs to maximize outcomes.

Requirements
- State SLP licensure and ASHA certification is required.
- 300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience required.

Pay
$65,000 - $80,000 annually, based on years of experience.
Schedule
Full Time (32-40 hours/week-Must be able to work after-school hours).
