About the Role

Ivy Rehab for Kids is seeking an outpatient pediatric therapist to join our dedicated team. This position offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to meet the needs of young patients.
• Encourage parents and caregivers to attend sessions to carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life.
• Maintain a collaborative and supportive environment for multi-disciplinary care.
• Maintain autonomy and growth specific to personal passions and expertise.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Hold current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist within the respective state.
• Dedicate to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Experience with pediatric patients is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
