Purpose

We are seeking a passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our collaborative, mission-driven outpatient therapy team.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and ongoing progress monitoring
• Partner closely with families to promote carryover and functional communication gains
• Adjust treatment plans based on measurable progress
• Collaborate within a dynamic interdisciplinary team to elevate patient outcomes

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders
• Kansas SLP license (or eligibility)
• Pediatric experience preferred (clinical rotations considered)
