Speech Language Pathologist Outpatient PRN
Scope of Work
Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction.
Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
Standard Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's Degree, Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
- Preferred: Master's Degree, Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
- Preferred: Doctorate, Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
- 2 years of relevant experience of related experience
Licenses and Certifications
- LIC-Speech Language Pathologist - State of Michigan State of Michigan Upon Hire required
- LIC-Speech Language Pathologist Education Limited Temporary - State of Michigan State of Michigan required during CFY Upon Hire required
- CRT-Speech Language Pathologist - ASHA American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred
Equipment and Training
- LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire required
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
