Speech Language Pathologist Outpatient - PRN

About the Role

Aegis Therapies is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to join our supportive team in Jackson, TN. This outpatient role offers a great work-life balance with flexible hours and consistent PRN opportunities. You’ll work with higher-functioning residents in assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings within a lovely community.

This position allows you to improve the lives of seniors while maintaining flexibility in your schedule. You’ll have the opportunity to market the clinic, create your own schedule, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy to residents in their rooms or in an on-site outpatient clinic.
• Treat residents Monday through Friday—no evenings or weekends required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver the best patient care.
• Utilize a patient-centered approach to make a meaningful difference in residents' lives.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice.
• Previous experience in outpatient settings is preferred but not required (new graduates are welcomed).
