About the Role

Evaluating, assessing, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language needs. Modifying therapy approaches based on patient progress and response. Tracking, documenting, and reporting patient performance and improvements. Supporting patients' communication recovery and celebrating their achievements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients with speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Modify therapy approaches based on patient progress and response.

Requirements

• Current licensure or certification as per state regulations.
• SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or equivalent.
• CPR certification (obtained within 30 days of hire if not already certified).
• Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s with relevant experience acceptable.
