About the role
The Speech Language Pathologist will provide educational speech/language evaluation and intervention to children Birth through 21 throughout the District. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with Developmental Cognitive Disabilities (DCD) and expertise in Augmentative Communication systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide consultation and direct services to children with communication disorders with or without accompanying disabilities.
- Work on general education teams and provide collaborative special education services with general education teachers.
- Relate well to students age birth - 21.
- Experience with evaluation and eligibility determination for special education services is preferred.

- Education: Speech Language Pathologist.
- Licensure: Required.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Licensure: Must be licensed to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Minnesota.
- Experience: Experience working with students with Developmental Cognitive Disabilities (DCD) and expertise in Augmentative Communication systems preferred.
