About the role
The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to patients at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination.
- Participate in clinical research projects related to speech-language pathology.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Ohio.
- Experience working with pediatric populations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer software, including but not limited to, electronic health records systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Skills
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology.
- Ability to adapt treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

$50,000 - $60,000 annually.
