We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The description includes "Description Speech Language Pathologist Intern Special Programs Role Mission". We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions). Also we should not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content: Role mission, essential duties (What You’ll Do – Accountabilities), competencies (What You Bring – Competencies Knowledge And Skills), required experience, physical requirements, compensation & benefits (Pay and Benefits), maybe schedule? Not mentioned schedule. No explicit schedule. So we should not create Schedule section. We need to map content to headings: About the role (maybe mission), Responsibilities (essential duties), Requirements (required experience + physical requirements?), Qualifications (maybe knowledge and skills?), Skills (competencies?), Benefits (compensation & benefits). Pay is part of compensation. We must not invent placeholder. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract. You can find more information about our benefits at https://ideapublicschools.org/careers/benefits/. IDEA may offer a relocation stipend to defray the cost of moving for this role, if applicable." We need to separate Pay and Benefits? The instruction: Use headings Pay, Benefits, etc. We can have a Pay section with salary and performance pay, and Benefits section with list of benefits. Or combine? It says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Pay and Benefits into one Benefits section? But they have separate headings. We'll create Pay and Benefits sections if content exists. Pay: Salary $75,000, performance pay based on organizational performance and goal attainment. Benefits: medical, dental, vision plans, disability, life insurance, parenting benefits, flexible spending account options, generous vacation time, referral bonuses, professional development, 403(b) plan, relocation stipend (if applicable). Also link to benefits page. We should not include the link as boilerplate? It's part of benefits info; we can keep as maybe but it's okay. It's not disallowed. We must not include application instructions, EEO, etc. So we remove those paragraphs. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

    About the role

    ... mission paragraph ...

    Responsibilities

    • ... each duty ...

    Requirements

Maybe combine required experience and physical requirements? Could have subheadings? But we only allowed those specific headings. Could put Requirements for experience and Qualifications for knowledge/skills, Skills for competencies. Let's map: - Requirements: Master's degree, proof of eligibility. - Qualifications: maybe knowledge and skills? Actually "Knowledge And Skills" could be Qualifications. - Skills: competencies list. But we have also physical requirements; maybe could go under Requirements as well? Could add a separate section? Not in list. Could incorporate physical requirements into Requirements as list items. We need to avoid thin sections; maybe combine experience and physical requirements into Requirements. Qualifications: maybe knowledge and skills (ability to use tests, etc.)? But that's similar to competencies. Better: Use Requirements for education and eligibility, Qualifications for knowledge and skills (ability to use tests, etc.), Skills for competencies (presentation, organizational, etc.). Physical requirements could be part of Requirements as well. Let's decide:

    Requirements

    • Master’s degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited college or university (obtained prior to first day of work)
    • Proof of eligibility as a SLP Intern provided by university program
    • Physical ability to sit for extended periods without leaving work area
    • Ability to climb ladders or scaffolding, or work in overhead areas
    • Ability to work in confined spaces or crawl/move on hands and knees
    • Ability to lift and carry or otherwise move 20 pounds regularly/occasionally
    • Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, running and climbing stairs
    • Ability to lift and carry small children up to 40 pounds in case of emergency
    • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments, including times of excessive heat or cold

    Qualifications

    • Ability to use the accepted tests and measurements to assess communication disorders
    • Knowledge of evaluation, habilitation, and rehabilitation of communication disorders
    • Ability to manage student behaviors and provide recommendations to general educators, special educators, interventionists, and parents

    Skills

    • Excellent presentation, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
But the skills list is just one item; maybe combine with Qualifications? However we need to avoid thin sections. Could merge Qualifications and Skills into one section called Qualifications & Skills. But headings are fixed; we can only use those headings. We could still have a Skills section with one item; it's okay if it's substantive (not placeholder). It's fine. Now Benefits and Pay.

    Pay

    • Salary: $75,000
    • Eligible for performance pay based on organizational performance and goal attainment

    Benefits

    • Medical, dental, and vision plans
    • Disability insurance
    • Life insurance
    • Parenting benefits
    • Flexible spending account options
    • Generous vacation time
    • Referral bonuses
    • Professional development
    • 403(b) plan
    • Relocation stipend (if applicable)

We should not include the link as boilerplate? It's part of benefits info; okay. Now About the role paragraph: combine mission and location etc. Let's craft:
