Speech Language Pathologist providing direct patient care in an inpatient, multidisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' speech, language, voice, and related abilities.
• Create and implement personalized therapy plans aligned with patient goals.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication and swallowing disorders, prognosis, and therapy techniques.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
• Model proficiency through precepting and contribute to safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Current licensure with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through recognized organizations.
