Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' speech, language, voice, and related abilities.
- Create and implement personalized therapy plans aligned with patient goals.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication and swallowing disorders, prognosis, and therapy techniques.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
- Model proficiency through precepting and contribute to safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Current licensure with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through recognized organizations.
