Duties & Responsibilities
- Completes case management activities consistent with department quality assurance and quality improvement standards.
- Completes written documentation in accordance with department standards for format, location, and time frames.
- Affords assistance in achieving departmental financial budget targets.
- Collaborates with the family, physicians, schools and other educational institutions, and other providers to ensure the continuum of care for the child and optimal clinical services.
- All interactions are non-judgmental and based on mutual respect.
- Demonstrates leadership and participates in systematic, planned professional development to improve the clinical, educational, research, and advocacy goals of the department and hospital.
- Completes diagnostic evaluations consistent with contemporary, evidence-based practice in speech-language pathology and department quality assurance standards.
- Clinician incorporates principles of cultural-competence and family-centered care into clinical services.
- Provides developmentally appropriate intervention services consistent with contemporary, evidence-based practice in speech-language pathology and department quality assurance standards.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech- Language Pathology or related field.
- Highly desired expertise in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH), and/or Autism.
- BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR.
- American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)-Speech-Language Pathologist.
- State of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.

Pay
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience. Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $78,659.24 to $117,988.86.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts.
