Speech Pathologist

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Modifying therapy approaches based on patient progress.
• Tracking, documenting, and monitoring patient performance and responses.
• Celebrating patient successes and adjusting care as needed.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as per state regulations.
• Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience acceptable.
