Speech Language Pathologist - Home Health

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) to provide home health visits throughout New Hampshire. The role involves visiting clients in their homes, evaluating and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing challenges, creating personalized care plans, and collaborating with other clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes across your assigned area
• Evaluate and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing challenges
• Create personalized care plans and adjust them as clients progress
• Possess comfort with basic technology and documentation systems
• Partner with other clinicians to deliver well-rounded care
• Document visits and progress using our easy-to-use EMR system

Requirements

• An active SLP license in New Hampshire
• Graduate of a speech-language pathologist program accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology with the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA)

Pay

• Up to $15,000.00 bonus available for full-time 4 or 5 days
