Speech Language Pathologist - Early Intervention

Help little voices grow and make a lasting difference in the lives of young children. T&K Pediatric Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide individualized speech and language services to infants, toddlers, and young children with developmental delays or communication needs. You'll work directly with young children and their families to support communication development, establish meaningful goals, and build skills through play, everyday activities, and family routines. You'll also collaborate with other professionals to help children make progress during their most important developmental years. Compensation & Benefits $33–$55 per hour, depending on experienceSign-on bonus availableRelocation assistance availableFour-day workweekMedical, dental, and vision insuranceSIMPLE IRA with employer matchContinuing education assistancePaid vacation, sick leave, and holidaysMileage reimbursement for applicable work-related travel In This Role, You Will Evaluate speech, language, communication, and feeding-related developmental needs as appropriate to your scope of practiceDevelop individualized goals and provide early intervention speech-language servicesSupport communication development through play, daily activities, and family routinesCoach families on strategies to encourage communication and language development at homeMonitor developmental progress and maintain accurate documentationCommunicate regularly with families and members of each child's care teamParticipate in team meetings, case discussions, and collaborative planningCoordinate with occupational therapy, physical therapy, early childhood special education, behavioral health, and other service professionals What We're Looking For Master's degree in Speech-Language PathologyCurrent North Dakota Speech-Language Pathologist licenseExperience working with infants, toddlers, or young children preferredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsOrganized, dependable, and comfortable working independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license and ability to travel as needed to support children and families About T&K Pediatric Services T&K Pediatric Services provides pediatric speech, occupational, and physical therapy along with Early Intervention services.
