Speech Language Pathologist - Early Childhood (Hybrid)
Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time hybrid school-based positions serving children and families throughout Marion, Polk, and Yamhill Counties (Salem, Oregon area) for the 2026-2027 school year.
Position Highlights
- $60+/hour
- 40 hours per week
- 190-day school year contract (August 21, 2026 - June 9, 2027)
- Hybrid schedule with up to 1-2 remote days per week

About The Role
This position offers a unique hybrid work environment. SLPs will provide services in schools, daycares, and home settings while maintaining flexibility to build schedules directly with families and educational teams. Documentation and administrative responsibilities can be completed remotely, allowing for up to 1-2 work-from-home days per week, depending on the clinician's schedule.
Requirements
- Active Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- CCC-SLP preferred
- Compliance with all professional practice standards
- Current CPR certification, if applicable
- TB screening and health documentation, if applicable
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
