About the role

Join our team and help students write their new story. As a Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow at New Story Schools, you’ll begin your professional journey helping students strengthen communication, social, and language skills that open doors to learning and independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy under the supervision of a licensed, ASHA-certified SLP
• Conduct screenings and assist with evaluations to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Participate in mentorship, supervision, and ongoing professional development throughout your fellowship

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship and Pennsylvania state licensure
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Enthusiasm for collaborative, student-centered service delivery
• Passion for working with children in educational or therapeutic settings
