Job Summary

Care Options for Kids offers a Clinical Fellowship experience specifically designed for new Speech-Language Pathologists. This role provides structured mentorship, real-world pediatric experience, and support to build confidence as a clinician.

About the Role

You will work with children in home-based settings under the guidance of an experienced CF Supervisor, receiving both phone and in-person support. The role focuses on building clinical skills, strengthening decision-making abilities, and gaining independence at a manageable pace.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to children in home-based settings
  • Receive individualized guidance and support from an experienced CF Supervisor
  • Participate in COFK's Global Outreach Program to provide therapy services to underserved children abroad
  • Utilize a top-tier EHR system to streamline documentation and reduce administrative burden
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership for guidance and support

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Eligible for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program, be eligible for state licensure, and hold a current BLS/CPR certification. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are also required.

Skills

$114,400 - $169,000 annually*
