About the role
Care Options for Kids is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP) to provide home-based speech therapy services in the South Austin, TX area. This position offers structured mentorship, real-world pediatric experience, and support to build confidence as a clinician.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services in home-based settings
- Work closely with an experienced CF Supervisor for individualized guidance
- Build clinical skills and make informed decisions
- Gain independence and confidence in your practice
- Participate in COFK's Global Outreach Program to provide therapy services to underserved children abroad
- Benefit from a top-tier electronic health record system to streamline documentation and reduce administrative burden
- Receive guidance and support from clinical leadership when needed
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligible for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have a strong passion for working with children and a commitment to providing quality care. Experience in pediatric speech therapy is preferred but not required.
Skills
Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and a positive attitude are essential. Proficiency in using the provided EHR system is also beneficial.

$94,640 - $118,300 annually
