Responsibilities
Provide compassionate care to patients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Assist patients with medication management and monitor their health status.
Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers as needed.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in home health care or related field preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and flexibility
