Compensation Options
- W-2 / Hourly Positions: SLP (CF to CCC-SLP): $65,000–$85,000 annually
- Bilingual SLP (Spanish/English): $68,000–$90,000 annually
- W-2 / Pay-Per-Visit (Optional): SLP: $50–$76/hour (Based on experience and bilingual status)

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Texas SLP license (or eligibility)
- Pediatric experience (including internships or CFY)
- Passion for helping children and families thrive
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
