About the role

Cole Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team in Pearland, TX. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders, pediatric experience, and a passion for making a difference in children's lives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations
• Create engaging, effective therapy plans
• Help children build communication skills and meaningful connections
• Grow professionally with mentorship and leadership development opportunities

Requirements

• Hold a Texas license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Pediatric experience (including internships or Clinical Fellowships)

Pay

Hourly rate: $32–$41/hour (based on experience)

Pay Per Visit (PPV): $50–$80/hour
