We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our expanding team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing disorders in pediatric clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, articulation, fluency, and language delays.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support child development and progress.
- Provide therapy sessions in clinic settings, as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes.
- Educate families on strategies to support communication development at home.
- Stay current with best practices in pediatric speech therapy and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with pediatric populations (preferred but not required for exceptional candidates).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with children and families.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech and language therapy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
