Job Summary

Transitions At Home is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist with a flexible schedule, independence, and a work family team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Administer speech therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence.
  • Perform in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager.
  • Work hours: Flexible 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday, No Holidays.

Qualifications / Job Requirements

  • Active Wisconsin Speech Language Pathologist License
  • Two (2) years’ experience preferred
  • CPR Certification
  • A valid Wisconsin Driver's License and Car Insurance
