Sign-On Bonus up to $8000.00! If you're a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to empower patients through compassionate and patient-centered therapy, this role is for you. Provide speech therapy services to the adult/geriatric population, focusing on improving communication, independence, safety, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services that improve communication, cognition, swallowing function, and overall quality of life.
- Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing rehabilitation goals.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients.
- Possess strong collaboration skills, partnering with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs.
Qualifications
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or license eligible in the state of practice.
- Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
- Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
- Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.
