Job Details
Part-time school-based opportunity with a 6-8 hour weekly schedule
Flexible schedule working approximately two days per week
2026-2027 academic year (August 2026 through May 2027)
Full-time on-site, in-person position supporting students across Kindergarten through 12th grade
Provide direct therapy services, complete evaluations, collaborate with educational teams, and support assigned case management responsibilities
Participate in student planning, progress monitoring, documentation, and multidisciplinary collaboration
Maintain a manageable caseload while delivering high-quality, individualized student support
Receive ongoing collaboration and professional support from both the partnering school district and the TheraPeds Partners team
$65-$75+ per hour, with estimated weekly earnings of approximately $390-$600+ based on scheduled hours
Requirements
Master's or PhD degree from a Speech-Language Pathology program
State License as Speech-Language Pathologist
Department of Education Licensure as a SLP
National License: ASHA Licensing with the State Department of Education, where required
CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
CF-SLP placement may be available
Experience working with children
Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
Organizational and time management skills
Proficient in use of technology
Fingerprint background clearance
Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with a demonstrated ability to exercise a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external communications
Physical Requirements
Working and playing with students requires that employees must be able to perform the necessary physical movement functions, as needed, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities, while adhering to the duties outlined by the district.
