Speech Language Pathologist
About the Role
TheraPeds Partners is seeking a part-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve a school in Cape Coral, FL. This role involves providing therapy services, conducting assessments, developing IEP plans, evaluating student progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and parents.

Job Details
Part-time opportunity averaging 20 hours per week, for the 2026-2027 academic year (August through May/June). Serving students from PreK through 12th grade. Open to licensed SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFY). Candidates must hold a Florida SLP license or be eligible to obtain it. Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus available. Fully on-site, school-based position with well-balanced caseloads. Ongoing support from the partnering school district and TheraPeds Partners team. Competitive compensation of $60-$70+ per hour (approximately $1,200-$1,400+ per week).
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD degree from a Speech-Language Pathology program
- State License as Speech-Language Pathologist
- Department of Education Licensure as a SLP
- National License: ASHA
- CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
- Experience working with children
- Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in use of technology
- Fingerprint background clearance
- Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with tact and discretion
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform physical movements such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging with students in various activities and locations, while adhering to district duties.
