About the role
We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve as an on-site provider for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting. Our clinic offers comprehensive, early intervention services tailored to each child's unique needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create individualized treatment plans with other clinical specialists (BCBAs, OTs, psychologists).
- Develop and implement communication interventions, including the use of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices.
- Collaborate with Behavior Analysts Board Certified (BCBA), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Mental Health Professionals to provide integrated care.
- Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and communicate changes to team members and families.
- Partner with client families to set goals, build relationships, and support them throughout their journey.
Qualifications
- A Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
- A current license to practice speech pathology.
- Prior experience with AAC or strong interest in learning from our clinical teams.
- The ability to connect and engage with young children.

Pay
$86,000.00 - $108,500.00/year
Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows: $81,500.00/year
