Speech Language Pathologist

Skylake Post Acute in Thornton, Colorado is seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team.

About the role

Work as part of an inter-disciplinary team providing Speech Therapy services to our residents in a skilled nursing facility (SNF).

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech Therapy services to residents in a post-acute or long-term care environment.
• Input data into programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Speech Program by ASHA.
• Current, unencumbered, active Colorado Speech Therapist License (required).
• Successfully completed a national examination in SLP approved by the HHS Secretary.
• CPR certification (as requested).
• Proficient in computer skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing appropriate care in post-acute or long-term care environment (preferred).

Pay

Rate range: $46–$52/hour.
