About the role
Pediatric Partners, a part of the Sevita family, seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join its mission-driven team in Fargo, ND. This position serves individuals across the lifespan, including those with medically complex, developmental, and communication challenges.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and maintain skilled documentation (evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, discharge summaries)
- Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to support therapy carryover at home and in natural environments
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes
- Evaluate the child's home, school, and daycare environments and suggest strategies to improve participation
- Recommend and train families on AAC devices and assistive technology as appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide coordinated, holistic care
- Manage a pediatric caseload, coordinate scheduling, and maintain open family communication
- Complete accurate billing and documentation aligned with services provided
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- North Dakota SLP license (or eligibility)
- Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
