About the role

Pediatric Partners, a part of the Sevita family, seeks a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our collaborative pediatric clinic team in St. Cloud, MN. The position offers flexible schedules, no weekends, and a predictable caseload with a 50/50 split between ABA center-based services and outpatient clinic services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans
  • Deliver in-house speech therapy services within partnered ABA centers
  • Maintain a 50/50 service split between ABA center-based services and outpatient clinic services (may include travel time)
  • Provide assessment, implementation, and ongoing support for AAC systems (low- and high-tech)
  • Provide evaluations and skilled documentation (evals, daily notes, progress reports, discharges)
  • Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to support carryover at home
  • Support speech, language, cognitive-communication, swallowing, and social skills
  • Collaborate closely with ABA teams to support interdisciplinary treatment planning and behavioral carryover
  • Pursue appropriate funding sources for AAC devices, complete required documentation to support medical necessity, and coordinate device trials and implementation to ensure successful access and long-term use
  • Partner with an interdisciplinary care team to support holistic outcomes
  • Manage a pediatric caseload and coordinate scheduling across service locations
  • Complete, accurate documentation and billing aligned with services provided

Requirements

  • Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
  • Minnesota SLP license (or license-eligible)
  • Ability and willingness to work within ABA centers and outpatient clinic environments
  • Comfort managing an AAC-heavy caseload and supporting complex communicators
  • Comfort working with children who may exhibit aggressive or unsafe behaviors
  • Willingness to complete Safety-Care or similar behavioral safety training as required
  • Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates with strong AAC interest are encouraged to apply
  • Prior AAC experience is not required, but candidates must demonstrate a strong interest in developing AAC skills and supporting children who rely on AAC for communication

Pay

  • New SLP Graduate and (0-4 Years): $33–$37/hour
  • Experienced SLP with (5+ years): $38–$45/hour
