Speech Language Pathologist

About the role

This is a Full-Time Day shift opportunity to work between SWRMC Outpatient Rehab and the Coliseum Therapy Center. The position involves assessing, planning, organizing, and participating in rehabilitative programs that improve speech, swallowing, language, voice, and fluency disorders. It also includes providing age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers, supervising, and assuming responsibility for care provided by identified team members.

Responsibilities

• Affirmatively assess, plan, organize, and implement rehabilitative programs for clients with speech, swallowing, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Provide age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers.
• Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.

Requirements

• Must be certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) for Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• A Master's level degree in Speech Pathology is required.
• One year of experience is required for Resource Pool applicants.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
• Certified by ASHA for CCC-SLP.
• One year of relevant experience.
