Role: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) within a rehabilitation services team. Responsibilities Evaluate patient needs related to speech, language, and cognitive-communication.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapies.Assist patients in regaining independence after health events such as strokes and injuries.Provide compassionate and patient-centered care to promote recovery and communication skills.
