Responsibilities
- Deliver SLP services according to principles and standards.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Contribute to the development and sustainability of an SLP program.
- Collaborate, study, and continue education to strengthen clinical, professional, and leadership skills.
- Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on speech-language pathology developments.
- Ensure care meets clinical and regulatory standards.
- Adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols.
- Communicate and document effectively in English.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with state practice acts.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license.
