Speech Language Pathologist
About the role
This position is based in Colville, WA, with the option to float to Spokane, WA. Candidates who reside in Spokane may work at St. Luke’s and will float to Colville as needed.
The Speech & Language Pathologist is responsible for patient assessment and the application of a wide variety of therapeutic techniques for the habilitation and rehabilitation of patients with communication disorders and swallowing dysfunction.

Responsibilities
- Patient assessment
- Application of a wide variety of therapeutic techniques for habilitation and rehabilitation of patients with communication disorders
- Application of therapeutic techniques for rehabilitation of patients with swallowing dysfunction
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology
- Coursework/Training: Dysphagia evaluation and therapy training
- Washington Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire
- 1 year in a clinical, acute care, rehabilitation, or home health setting; or applicable clinical practicum/intern experience

Pay
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Pay Range: $41.65 – $64.66
