Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Employment Type: Part-Time | 1099 Independent Contractor Compensation: $80-100 /hour About The Opportunity We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide high-quality, evidence-based speech and language services to school-age children in home and community settings. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who are passionate about helping children improve their communication skills while enjoying a flexible part-time schedule. Position Details Location: Manhattan or Brooklyn, NYSchedule:Manhattan: Monday-Friday | 3:15 PM - 5:15 PMBrooklyn: Monday-Friday | After 4:00 PMHours: Approximately 10 hours per weekSetting: Home & Community-Based ServicesCaseload: School-age children Responsibilities Provide individualized speech-language therapy to children with developmental and learning disabilities.Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.Deliver evidence-based therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other communication disorders.Collaborate with families and caregivers to support therapeutic progress.Maintain accurate documentation, including session notes, progress reports, quarterly reports, and annual reviews.Ensure quality care while adhering to professional and ethical standards. Qualifications Active New York State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License.Experience providing speech-language therapy to school-age children.Experience working with children diagnosed with ASD, ADHD, and other developmental or learning disabilities.Ability to travel within Manhattan and/or Brooklyn for home and community-based visits.Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload.
