Speech Language Pathologist

Position Summary

We're seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide individualized, home-based speech therapy services to pediatric patients throughout Fairfield County, CT. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who enjoys family-centered care, flexible scheduling, and helping children achieve their communication goals in a home environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized speech and language therapy in patients' homes
• Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to support therapy goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Deliver high-quality, family-centered care
• Communicate effectively with families regarding patient progress

Qualifications

• Required: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Connecticut Speech-Language Pathologist License
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Reliable transportation for home visits
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

• Minimum 5 years of pediatric experience
• Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates will also be considered

• Schedule Part-Time (Up to 20 Hours/Week)
