Speech Language Pathologist

Role: Speech Language Pathologist providing in-home, senior living, and virtual care to older adults. Responsibilities include: delivering one-on-one speech therapy, performing evaluations, developing personalized care plans, administering evidence-based treatments, documenting in EMR, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, educating patients and caregivers, and utilizing telehealth when appropriate. Qualifications: valid state license or eligibility, degree from an accredited program, computer proficiency, and current CPR certification. Physical demands: ability to exert moderate effort, assist with patient transfers, reposition patients, stand for extended periods, drive, and wear PPE as required.
