Speech Language Pathologist

Role: Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in diverse patient populations.Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.Document treatment outcomes and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab teams to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care.Educate patients and their families about communication and swallowing health.Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
