Speech Language Pathologist

About the role

We are expanding our therapy services and seeking Speech Language Pathologists across all experience levels and multiple specialty areas including Pediatrics/NICU, Adult Outpatient, Acute Care Inpatient, and Skilled Nursing. Whether your expertise is pediatric feeding, neurologic rehab, or complex medical care, there is a place for you at Logan Health.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled evaluations and deliver individualized speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing interventions
• Create and update patient-centered treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and families to support exceptional outcomes
• Complete clear, accurate documentation that meets regulatory and organizational standards
• Contribute to departmental initiatives and maintain productivity expectations

Requirements

• Montana SLP license or ability to obtain before start
• Post CFY experience - 2 years preferred
• CPR/BLS certification - provided at hire
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and teamwork

Qualifications

• Strong communication, assessment, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required for some roles

Skills

• Experience with pediatric feeding and swallowing
• Experience supporting premature infants and developmental milestones
• Experience with medically complex pediatric populations
• Experience with adult MBSS completion and interpretation
• Experience with voice, airway, cough, concussion, or aphasia populations
• Auditory rehabilitation experience
• VitalStim, LSVT, or AAC certifications
