Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques
- Establish treatment goals, develop, and implement appropriate Speech Pathology treatment programs based upon a full clinical evaluation
- Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team
- Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients
- Treat residents one-on-one in private treatment sessions with a functional-based treatment approach
Requirements
- Master’s Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech-language pathology
- Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills

USD $43.00 - USD $50.00 per hour
