Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments, utilizing a variety of evidenced-based therapeutic techniques.
- Establish treatment goals, as well as develop and implement appropriate Speech Pathology treatment programs based upon a full clinical evaluation.
- Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
- Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients.
- Treat residents one-on-one so each patient gets individualized attention through private treatment sessions with a functional-based treatment approach.
- The ability to individualize treatment sessions!
Requirements
- Candidates must hold or be eligible for their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Desirable Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements.
Qualifications
- Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology school.
- Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment.
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).

Schedule

Pay
USD $45.00 - USD $50.00 /Hr.
