Speech Language Pathologist
About the role
We're looking for experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) who enjoy making a difference in the lives of senior patients. Our team provides personalized therapeutic care in senior living communities, focusing on improving quality of life through rehabilitative services.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidence-based techniques
- Develop and implement treatment programs based on comprehensive clinical evaluations
- Provide rehabilitative services according to medical orders as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Take part in clinical conferences to coordinate care plans for patients
- Treat residents individually in private sessions, applying a functional-based approach
Requirements
- Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology
- Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), or ability to obtain before starting employment
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills
Qualifications
Desirable Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements

USD $39.00 - USD $47.00 /Hr.
