Speech Language Pathologist
About the role
We're looking for experienced Speech Language Pathologists who enjoy making a difference in the lives of seniors. Our team focuses on providing personalized care that enhances the quality of life for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidence-based techniques
- Develop and implement treatment programs based on comprehensive clinical evaluations
- Provide rehabilitative services according to medical orders as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Take part in clinical conferences to discuss and coordinate patient care plans
- Treat residents individually in private sessions, focusing on a functional treatment approach
Requirements
- Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology
- Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Excellent interpersonal, financial, and clinical skills

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekdays, with no weekends or holidays

Schedule
Monday through Friday, with no weekend or holiday requirements
Pay
USD $43.00 - USD $50.00 / Hour
